Product Description

The Vibrating Machine is designed for the preparation and compaction of cement mortar cubes used in compressive strength testing of various types of cement, including Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC), Rapid Hardening Cement, Low Heat Portland Cement, Portland Blast Furnace Cement, and High Alumina Cement. Manufactured in accordance with IS 4031:1968, IS 1344:1959, and BS 4550, the machine ensures efficient removal of entrapped air from cement mortar, resulting in dense, uniform, and high-quality test specimens.

The machine consists of a robust vibrating frame assembly mounted on heavy-duty springs and driven by an electric motor through an eccentric shaft mechanism. The high-frequency vibration provides effective compaction of mortar specimens, ensuring reliable and repeatable test results. Supplied complete with a 70.6 mm cube mould, loose base plate, and adjustable timer switch.
