The Aggregate Crushing Value (ACV) Apparatus is a heavy-duty laboratory assembly used to measure the relative resistance of coarse aggregates to gradual crushing under a steadily applied compressive load. Essential for evaluating materials intended for high-strength foundations, structural concrete mixes, and railway ballast, this system complies strictly with IS: 2386 (Part IV) and BS: 812 (Part 110) standards. The complete kit is manufactured from high-grade, case-hardened structural steel to resist severe deformation under intense hydraulic press cycles. It includes a precision open-ended steel cylinder barrel with a 150 mm internal diameter, a tight-tolerance compression plunger, a solid ground base plate, a metal measuring cup, and a calibrated tamping rod
