The Laboratory Pulverizer is a high-speed, disc-type reduction machine engineered for rapid batch grinding of aggregate chips, rock ores, concrete shards, and hard soil strata into ultra-fine mesh powders. Driven by a high-torque, dust-sealed electric motor, this rugged unit houses two high-wear manganese steel grinding plates (one stationary, one rotating) with adjustable clearance settings. This allows laboratory technicians to precisely control the final output grain fineness, providing an ideal, contamination-free solution for preparing aggregate and chemical samples for subsequent mineralogical analysis or chemical testing.
