🔬 Working Principle

Fresh concrete is placed inside a testing mold in standardized layers. The operator holds the poker vibrator vertically and lowers the Ø 22 mm needle tip directly into the core matrix without touching the bottom or sides of the mold walls.

Once activated via the 220-240V supply, the internal eccentric weight generates localized high-frequency oscillations. These vibrations fluidize the surrounding mortar paste, causing it to fill the voids around coarse aggregate pieces while forcing trapped air bubbles to rise out of the mix. The needle is then drawn out slowly to ensure no voids are left behind in the concrete block.
