The MSI 3045 Universal Hydraulic Extruder Frame is a heavy-duty laboratory sample preparation system engineered for the smooth, rapid extraction of compacted or undisturbed soil specimens from testing cylinders. Designed for high versatility, this apparatus cleanly ejects samples from standard 100mm (4") and 150mm (6") diameter vessels, including Core Cutters, Proctor Moulds, and C.B.R. Moulds, without disturbing the core structural matrix. The system features a powerful 50 kN capacity hand-operated hydraulic jack securely mounted onto a rigid, high-clearance structural steel reaction frame. Equipped with a fully adjustable thrust plate assembly and quick-change plunger adapters, it eliminates aggressive manual hammering and ensures flawless, intact specimen extraction for subsequent triaxial, unconfined, or shear strength laboratory evaluations.
