🔬 Working Principle

The internal walls of the polyurethane cylinder mould are cleaned and lightly coated with a thin layer of specialized release oil. Fresh concrete is filled into the barrel in standardized layers and consolidated using a standard manual tamping rod or a vibrating table. The structural polymer walls keep the volume perfectly aligned without bulging. After curing for 24 hours, compressed air can be applied through the base air-release port, or a rubber mallet can be tapped gently on the exterior walls to slide out the perfectly cast concrete cylinder specimen.
