Product Description:

Our premium Grid Sieves are specialized testing tools designed for the rapid mechanical determination of the flakiness index of coarse aggregates. Built in strict accordance with BS EN 933-3, these sieves feature high-tensile parallel steel bars mounted securely inside a rigid, corrosion-resistant stainless steel frame. Unlike standard wire mesh woven screens, the precision-machined slot widths between the steel bars allow flake-shaped particles to pass through easily while retaining cubical aggregate particles. This ensures rapid, error-free flakiness sorting during high-volume road engineering quality control assessments. .
