The Plastic & Polyurethane Cube Mould series offers a modern, high-efficiency alternative to traditional heavy metal casting boxes. All models are engineered with an integrated reinforced band on the exterior walls to prevent structural bulging during concrete compaction. The internal faces feature an ultra-smooth finish that ensures effortless specimen ejection. Additionally, an innovative "X" reinforced band design on the base provides enhanced structural strength. This allows technicians to apply gentle taps with a rubber mallet on the base to release cured concrete specimens without damaging the mould.

🔬 Working Principle

The interior walls of the lightweight ABS or Polyurethane mould are cleaned and lightly coated or misted with a compatible release agent. Because the body is molded as a single, seamless piece, no bolt fastening is required. Fresh concrete is filled in standard layers and consolidated using a tamping rod or vibratory platform. The reinforced perimeter bands keep the interior volume stable and perfectly square. Once the concrete sets, the mould is inverted, and gentle taps are applied to the "X" reinforced base, causing the cured cube to release cleanly.
