🔬 Working Principle

The clean internal cavity of the polyurethane beam mould is misted with a thin layer of form-release oil. Because the body is a single seamless unit, no manual bolt adjustments or plate framing are required. Fresh batch concrete is poured into the rectangular prism in equal layers and consolidated using a manual tamping bar or a vibrating table. Once cured for 24 hours, compressed air can be applied through the base inlet port, or the mould can be gently tapped on the exterior ribbing to smoothly slide out the perfectly cast concrete beam specimen.
