🔬 Working Principle

Raw solid sulfur flakes or capping compound fragments from the 5 kg pack are placed inside the 2.4L internal pot. The machine is plugged into a 230V single-phase outlet and the thermostatic control dial is set to the compound's melting profile (typically around 130°C–140°C). The 750W heating element rapidly melts the mixture, while the lagged casing traps the temperature. The operator can activate the standby switch to safely maintain a stable, uniform liquid consistency. Once completely liquefied, the compound is scooped out using the specialized ladle and poured onto a capping plate.
