Product Description:

The Aggregate Density Basket is a specialized laboratory wire mesh container used to measure the specific gravity, relative density, and water absorption characteristics of coarse aggregate samples immersed in water. Complying with IS: 2386 (Part III), ASTM C127, and AASHTO T85 technical codes, the basket is woven from heavy-gauge stainless steel mesh with a reinforced wire frame and integrated suspension handle. The design ensures zero buoyancy resistance and maximum water flow during hydro-static weighing cycles when hooked up to a buoyancy balance assembly. [1, 2, 3] .
